STDs would be a feature I would turn off permanently, one - because I find it unattractive to the point where I can't ignore it, and two - it would be a hassle to keep track of and manage. And I think point two is the bigger issue, there's got to be a balance between fun and realism. The sales job is a bit jargony for me because I'm not really familiar with that line of work outside of The Office, but it's balanced off by not having to show up everyday to avoid a game over or something.

I would guess this is your browser storage being full or something similar to that. So first try exporting your save data to a file (if you have a save you want to keep), and then clear your browser cache, then retry and it should help if it's related to your browser storage.

Like, that example doesn't sound like a sexually transmitted disease, it sounds like the guy has some kind of addictive substance in his cum — a pretty common, reasonably sexy trope in porn games. Maybe I'm just being pedantic, but if you do introduce this kind of stuff, please don't call it an STD — the term itself instantly signals my dick to return to hibernation.

In porn-world logic, I could see a STD that acts like a aphrodisiac in it's early stages and then make the player miss a few days of work due to exhaustion. Could even be used to add some new doctor/nurse/patient sex scenes in the game. It's not an abortion per se, but you can get the fetus extracted in the 12-week appointment (it gets transferred to an artificial womb). You can also remove the pregnancy in the cheat menu.
It would be good if you could talk NPCs into taking a pill, e.g. promising a junior sales colleague a lead if they take one, convincing a drunk guy at the bar to try it out, also having an alternative where if you drink too much trying to pick up a girl and fail to hook up with her someone may take advantage of your current state to try and talk you into taking a pill. Also non-xchange pills with different buffs would be good and suit the setting, e.g. a pill that alters the users sperm so that it prevents people on xchange from being able to turn back for as long as the sperm is in their body.
