Is there a mod out there that allows you to choose side effects in the cheat menu from modded side effects?

There's a lot of side effects in this mod for example:

You must be registered to see the links

and some of them are hard to get. Is there an easy way to get them through console or a mod or something like described above?

Salesperson is someone who can sell pills, and take on the job as a secretary. Secretary is also a job if you fail to qualify for salesperson, but gives option each work-day to slowly grind your way towards becoming a salesperson.

If one enjoys the mini-games in being a Secretary, I think you can get a pretty good start in the game besides the achievement. I spent maybe two week as a Secretary, increased my Int and Charm with decent money and the whole step-dad path. At the end, you can set yourself up really well as a new salesperson (using xp on leads, etc).

Can also download a mod alternatively to let you skip past it, it's not as optimal as doing it manually: but you still get enough on average for both Charm+Int exp purchase and abit leftover for promotions, lead improvement, massages, etc.

Being a Secretary long enough and one will start seeing repeat words used in the Wordle mini-game.

The most fun I had as a Secretary was getting co-workers to like me so much that they give-up the hints almost all the time. As I said in this thread a few pages back, I'm sure Sales was getting death threats when my secretary gal got her promotion.

Not as far as I know, but you have a small encounter with him every time you go to sleep with her. Your character and Alexia both seem to think he's funny, though even they occasionally have moments of "Uh... is what he's doing even legal? Isn't he a kinda evil?"
