if you refer to the one in this HUD
that's the arousal meter, when goes from 0 to 10, resets when you cum, buffs certain rolls when it comes to sex-related actions, penalties to sale%, among other things

also is there a way to view a persons likes and dislikes or a mod for that cuz I don't feel like writing it all down lol
I've played a long time ago, and I remember something along the lines of me permenantly transforming Bruce to Bree, and then meeting with his/her father and ending with bree as the girfriend. Was it a mod, or am I able to do it in the base game. I have tried with the breeding pill, but he transforms back and nothing happens. Help please.
Did you have the pregnancy causes permanent sex change setting on? It's off by default.
Buy book of conquest from the mall (I think it's the one that sells trading cards). Then ask the coworkers about themselves. Anything they don't like they dislike.
Everyone has two interests, however sometimes no matter how many times you ask, you just keep getting the same one, if this is the case the extra trait probably is Girly Girl and will only be revealed when they are in their female form.

i know this is supposed to be like a "punishment" game but I wish there was a way to be like "half and half" like a dom futa who still is feminine but can do masuline things
Pregnancy permanence in game settings->pregnancy settings? Yes, It's enabled. Bruce came back to the bar after a while.
Due to his role in the plot and a couple event scenes (with his dad, when he interrupts you and Dredd, etc.) I think he defaults to being immune to pregnancy permanence to avoid accidentally blocking off those scenes and/or creating scenarios where he shows up as a guy despite being a girl.
I quite like this game overall and there's some things i'd like to see added. That said the blackjack game seems to be so ridiculously rigged against you it's stupid and one of the worst mini games i've come across.

It's not as bad as you might think at first. Don't play it like you would real blackjack because it has it's own set of rules. For example your get penalized less for going bust then you would for standing on 16. Learn the rules and it becomes a lot more fair.
it's more the improbability of the hands you come up against. Standing on on 18/20 to be consistently beat by a blackjack or 5 card charlie etc.
perhaps we should warn casinos about you thenI just play it like I would play normal blackjack and have no issues...

Yeah the blackjack implementation is really weird, and has its
Blackjack in XCL USED to be a lot worse, because basically every minigame was blackjack. This is a nostalgic thing for myself because the only "game" I was allowed to play as a kid was this pocket digital dictionary that had a weird implementation of blackjack, and I used it to make games for myself, to decide the fate of scenarios. It had the same weird points system where you would gain and lose points based on how far you went over or under. I was so bad at it, that mainly it was a masochistic mechanic to get my character to lose. But yeah that is why it is in the game haha, it is not meant to be a copy of blackjack itself, just a stupid childhood memory since I wasn't allowed to have real games.

The other thing I find frustrating at times is during the selling mini game when you know the 2 dialogue options you're given are both bad but just have to choose the least worst one. If you've done you're research this doesn't make much sense to me. Most often see it with bulk purchase dialogue.
