Here is how I did it.
You need to be really good at swallowing cum (obviously), then when pleasing the prisoners, you need to save as many of your resource points as possible (I didn't use any special actions), when it comes to drinking, you need to keep prisoners happiness high (definately over 50%), spend resources to boost this, avoid using the actions which reduce prisoner happiness unless absolutely essential, then I just let them shoot where they wanted, and redistributed to make sure no one place filled up, then you just need to get a bit lucky with the swallows.
I managed it with pretty low stats, I don't remember exacly but probably 5s or 6s at most.
1. While playing the threesome with Bruce and Alexia, I noticed that when you use "Try not to cum" button, it doesn't show the result you had on doing it as before. You only know the result when, after turning the page, it shows your arousal has going to Max and you cum, if you loose.
2. Another aspect is: I had MC to blow Bruce to a high state of arousal (2/3). However, when Alexia joins his arousal is set down to 1/3 of the bar, overrunning the previous stat.
3. Also, there are some swapping of positions between Alexia and MC that are not correctly linked together. Just my two cents!
4. For the sake of extending the story, after the threesome, I'd love to have MC (as female, any pill) while "listening from strange noises coming from Alexia's room", to ask/be invited to join them. Or even to have Bruce coming and ask MC for sex as other male characters do.
5. Bruce in the Bar is too "shy". Being a playboy I'd expect him to take the initiative ( there's a Mod on that) and be more insistent. If you say NO to sex, and MC is not that aroused he simply chickens out instead of working up his way to get MC.

I've been playing the latest version for a few sessions and always aiming for higher feminity/lower reluctance. I've been choosing the topmost choice in the drop-down menu "a bit excited", which became "excited", then "fully embrace" (always choosing the minimum reluctance available).
But now the topmost choice reverted to "a bit excited" no matter which pill I'm taking.
Is that a bug or is it intended to slow down feminity gains when the number gets too high? It happened around fem 60-70. I think it happened when I used the New-U to switch bodies. I have a few mods so that might also be the cause.

I've seen something similar. Not 100% sure what caused it, but I think it was when I turned back from being a girl to a guy and didn't immediately change back, I had my reluctance all the way down at 0, but afterwards it went back up to 4 or so. I think I may have had sex with a bar girl? It has been a while so I don't entirely remember the circumstances, but this seems likely. I think if you revert back to Fem form, you will be able to get it back to where it was.
Nope, as stated I've tried different bodies and pills since and my feminity is still climbing (slower). But the drop-down menu never shows "excited", "embrace", only "a bit excited" for minimum reluctance. I thought the reluctance options were tied to feminity score? If not, what determines when "excited" shows up etc.?
Thanks, I got closer, but I think I'm done running through it for now in this playthrough. Think I'm gonna wait until someone makes a mod that reduces the difficulty or something in some way.
Separate issue. I've gotten Frank up to a high level of dominance and now when one of my gentleman callers come over he sends them off and comes to claim me himself. (Haven't gotten stepdad to knock me up yet, though. ;-) ) Is there a way to make something like this happen with Alexia? I see that she also has the dominance stat.

I've not seen it. Maybe it something for the future? If they ever add X-change blue pills, I could see Alexia poping one and fucking you when you are girl if she had huge levels of dominance.
I'm not sure but I think it is tied to your reluctance score, when I changed back my score went from 0 back to something like 4. There is something on the Girl training mini game where you can spend 3 action points to change your acceptance, but it didn't initially seem to do anything other than burn a bunch of action points, could it be related to this perhaps?

Are there any plans on adding different 'vibes' of paths to the game? Right now it feels the player is 'forced' (sometimes literally) to become a slut, when female and sometimes even as a male. What i would love to be added is different ways of acting when changed/normal. Taking a pill and having a sensual, consenting round of sex. Or agreeing to take a pill to dominate a coworker as a female, or adding purple pills to fuck others taking pills, but still being the one doing the deed.
Right now it feels like you are either male/against the pill, and have limited content, or you're female/cumaddicted. There seems to be no in-between, no gentle partners, no nuance. The masc/fem meter makes this difficult, but it should not be impossible to enjoy fucking as a man, and enjoy being fucked as a woman, or vice versa, or at the same time (purple pill).

It's a soft drop though, as you can move a piece after pressing space. Hard drop should instantly place it down the direction it was turned (at least it was this way on tetrisarena, tetvis, etc, space was soft drop like here, and ctrl hard drop) and send next piece right away, without a pause. Ideally to have them both. I just was wondering if the tetris used in this game has this option by default.
Well this game has 2 options, the other one being down-arrow, which is a sped up drop, different from the space bar.
Unless I got those two buttons mixed, of course.
yeah, i know, thats not a drop. But soft drop, (the one we have here) is usually only used in situations like these:
