The most annoying bug I'm running into is that if stepdad asks me to do chores or i invite hailey over, it seems that I am forced to do that same action every day afterwards.
Mod loader has an option for sorting mod order and it gives some warnings as well. Most mods will list the mods they conflict with if any.
There is some story, although it hidden behind an event which you might not experience unless you choose one specific character (The redheaded girl with 32A cup size), if you go to the beach wearing the bikini that was left in your car during the intro, and explore the jungle it will open the event up to you. If you didn't choose this character, fear not, you can go to the mall and use the New-U machine to change into her for a few days. You need to go along with the plan of the people you meet. There isn't a huge amount of content to the story right now, just a massive info dump and then a quest to prepare you for the next state of the plan, which unfortunately you need to be the red head to progress, as it is largely about them training you to resist orgasms, this quest is a work in progress, so once you have all the points you need (50) it won't progress any further.
There is also a side story where if you gamble your manhood against Bruce in the Bar, and have an exchange pill on you, you can raise the stakes so that he has to take your pill, once he transforms into a girl, there is a string of minor events depending on which pill you give him, Bimbo probably has the longest sequence, although breeder and cum-cure both have something extra, once Bruce turns back, his family will get revenge on you for making him look stupid, and they target Dynapill to force you to comply, if you go along with it, you will learn some more of the game's lore (although a lot less than the jungle scene), and unless you want to only sell the hyper-sexualised, shitty side-effect laden pills at work, you will have to under go an event where you get humiliated, and either lose some promtion at work or gain a lot of slut rep. There isn't any more than story on this line at the moment, but clearly it is setting something up for later.
There are also some events which are pretty self-contained, like you can start a hot affair with your step sister if you take her dancing on the weekend. You can meet a Dominatrix at the Club, if you are turned into a girl and are approched by a woman who asks you to follow her into the back, you can place yourself into "the sluthole" and win some money, if you can guess which sex toys are being used on you. Once you have done this you can return as a male and sometimes find someone else in the hole, and you can do to them what was done to you. If you do the secretary event at work, you can choose to tease your step dad to the point he will fuck you in secretary form and providing you don't get caught and allow his dominance to reach high levels (15 or so) he will often boot out any lovers your bring back and have sex with your regular female form. If you do the Dumb Bitch Demo (or lose more money than you currently have to Dredd in a blackjack) you can unlock a stripper mini game, if the men cum on you it has a terrible effect on you, if you then do the stripping game for fun, Dredd will take to meet someone who has a drug which can (partially) shield you from the effects of the pill, additionally sometimes if you strip for fun and profit, Bruce will catch you and can experience an event where he tries to destroy your mind he fails (unless your selfhood drops to zero) but you can end up with the exhibitionist flaw if you do badly either through bad rolls or on purpose.
There are more, but I won't list them all.
So there are lots of threads you can find, but not many of them are very fleshed out at the moment, so if nothing appeals either give the game a skip, or maybe check back much later after a good few updates, and hopefully there will be more content.

It's a porn sim with neat minigames and daily loop. There's a main story that's continuously developed but it's not the main appeal. You can have shallow relationships with some npcs, they're quite forgettable. The game is playable online, you don't actually need to download it.
That isn't an easy question to answer, but I will have a go.
There is story, and some events can only happen in a sequence, but they are (at the moment) quite limited in length.
There are plenty of real porn clips, however this isn't your typical real porn game where they just throw up somewhat random porn clips, the girls as based on specific porn models, and quite a bit of effort has been made to keep the females somewhat consistent, however...being real porn, this isn't entirely possible, so in one shot the actress might (for instance) be wearing stockings, while in the next she might not, and when having sex with a male, the male actor can shift from shot to shot.
There are relationships, for instance, you live with your step father and step sister, and it is possible to get involved with one or both of them, but it isn't going to happen straight away, you need to build up your relationship with them before anything will happen.
If you are playing a male character, there is a bar which has four girls who you can convince to give you their number and/or sleep with them, however you need butter them up a little before they will do anything with you. Some of them are happy to be creampied (it is random each game, so sometimes none of them are accepting), but if you creampie one which isn't on birth control, you will take a MASSIVE hit to relationship with them, and if it goes negative, you can be locked out of that girl as they won't speak to you again.
If you take the job at Dynapill (which is the main way to make money right now), there will be work colleagues, most of them will be male, however from time to time they will take x-change pills and switch to their female form, at which point to can have sex with them if you are male, if you are on x-change and in your female form, then you can sleep with the male workers, however this tends to get you a bad repuation in the work place, which can affect relationships of other people who work there (such as the office secretary).
One thing to note is that the game is almost exclusively hetrosexual, there are a tiny number of lesbian scenes here and there, but they are few and far between (there is also one scene with a woman who has dick), but I haven't encountered any male on male stuff, unless you still consider yourself male while under the effect of x-change.
There are elements of corruption, but it is mainly in relation to the MC, you have a stat which defines how male/female you are, at 100% male, if you change into your female form, many actions will be blocked, but if you stay female you can shift more and more feminine, to a point that when you switch back, you will be unable to jerk off without the aid of porn. There is also a stat called identity (IIRC), which you can lose when ever you do something against your nature, such as switching to female and wearing make up or having sex, if ever this drops to zero, the game ends, although there are ways to recover it and while it can be a little tricky initially to find, once you know about them, they aren't hard to do.
For your edit: Are you sure it isn't the daily thing remembering your choice? Every day you pick what you're going to do for the day, and it (usually) auto-selects what you did previously, and you have to change it if you want to do something different that day.
No, I get locked in. There's no way to change it. It's got that "forced" tag in the corner. My guess is that it has something to do with the "Spike Fun" and extra pill mods.
How do one get to the Dredd and Maurice stuff? The one where Maurice offers the female you to test the serum that protect against the SWP pills collateral effects if someone cums on you.
Great game as always, easily the best in terms of the tags I'm on the lookout for. I do have a question and some criticism tho.

1) The secretary pill game needs to be shorter and/or gives you multiple-choice answers to choose from (like the charm mini games, with horny false answers mixed in). Coming up with 5-letter words on the fly (in a second language) has nothing to do with a porn game imo.
2) The feminity minigame is fine in concept but needs to be a lot shorter. Those minutes spent staring at some pixels are never coming back for me, but maybe we can help future generations.

I'm not getting that event anymore was well. I think the stripper mod might be interfering with it. Are you using the stripper mod?
When you act as a stripper, allow the punters to cum on you and take stat loss (identity is probably the easiest to repair), then next time you go strip, Dredd will tell you about his Guy.
Each of the bar girls knows one, a girl at the beach will teach you another, Nyx in Mutatio knows one, I'm pretty sure you can only Barbie Bimbo one while under the effect of a bimbo pill while in the mall, I've never seemed to have much trouble getting it.
You generally only get the recipe when you have a few ranks (maybe 4?) of make up skill (although I think you can get Nyx's right away just by talking to her, although you won't be able to quick use it for quite a bit as it has fairly high skill requirements), for the bar girls you obviously need to be in your female form and have a decent level of friendship with them, remember when in your female form, they don't know who you are, so your friendship is entirely separate from any friendship you may or may not have in your male form, you just need to keep chatting to them and it randomly shows up.
If you want to maximise the number of bar girls available, if you find that Dredd and/or Bruce are there, you can hit refresh on the browser (at least you can when played locally) and it will randomise who is available to talk to.
I used to hate the Secretary Mini game, but then I found an online Wordle solver which is really good for solving the puzzles, using it I can do almost any request even the ones where you have to use the same letter 10 times in a single puzzle.

Unless you have a specific requirement from one of the sales men, the word "EMAIL" is a solid choice, as is "SOUND", and since email is also one of the words which can be selected as the answer, you can get an achievement for guessing it on the first try if it comes up which it inevitably will if you play the minigame for long enough. If you do have a specific request from one of the men, it is FAR more important to do their objective than it is to correctly guess the word, unless you are looking for them to go into sex pest mode and get naughty with you.
Thanks for all that. I'm not getting the Bimbo NPC in the mall even when on Bimbo pills. Only got it once right at the start, when getting my first bimbo pill using cheat money. Never again in multiple playthroughs, strange.
The secretary minigame is ok-to-annoying as an idea, but what kills it is the amount of words you need. It's just too long. Any other minigame would suffer being so repetitive. Using solver websites makes it faster, but takes me out of the game even more.
Sorry to hear that bimbo thing isn't working. You could try nipping into and out of shops in the mall, and see if you can trigger the event. Typically if you were male it will be seeing someone attractive, I think you only get one per mall visit, so if something like happens while you are bimboed up but it isn't the bimbo, you could try the same trick with the bar and refreshing the web page, I think it ought to randomise the events...*shrugs* not 100% sure if it will work, but it might.
Totally get you not liking the Wordle game, I hated it too for a long while, and I can entirely understand using the finder being immersion breaking, I just actualy started to enjoy playing Wordle once I wasn't losing all the time, and the benefits are pretty substantial if you can rack up a large score, I think I've gone over 1000 points before now, but if you don't like it, then you don't like it, and that is entirely a fair and reasonable position.
