It worked, but there's a portrait glitch here. The belly won't shrink back down.

Edit: It fixed itself the second the birth scene with echo played out.

Yes, it has the vanilla game in it as well.
Note that again, this is not the based on the steam version but the older fan translated version.

Found a bug with kungfu outfit. When working at casino during labor, the standing CG remains that of the kungfu outfit. And once the scene is over, Liz is still pregnant and begins another contractions scene. High preg count Liz, while carrying triplets.

Update on the bug report. Just reloaded the save and replayed the casino scene with drindl outfit. Standing CG displayed properly, but after the birth scene, Liz's belly did not deflate all the way (same thing with kungfu outfit, though I think it's super hot for her to have a post-birth belly, fufu). And once the scene ended, Liz is still pregnant and triggered her labor dialogue.

When you say after the birth scene, are you referring to when she talks to the manager in the casino lobby?
