I'm a bit confused about this. Do I have to download the main game AND this mod, or does the mod include the main game or what?

The mod's download is standalone, meaning you don't have to have the main game to run the mod. (tho we highly recommend you buy the steam version to support the original developers, but if you do, tell them the pregmod brought you there so they get their asses into gear and actually make a real preg game and non of the blueballing stuff)

I genuinely thought I had seen every "decent" preg H game that is under the sun. Turns out I was wrong. Will definitely give this a try.

Any way to get the screen bigger without changing the ratio? F5 works on the actual game but not on the mod.

Right now you can't. Such feature would have to be implemented into the mod.

Turns out there's a bug with those scenes. To see those scenes you have to see the suspicious dean birth sex first. It'll be fixed in the next update.
