There's like an area for magic, wizardly and stuff on the upper left corner of the upper stratum. Try searching around for clues leading to the spell

I'm confused, she only unlocked the exposure, she didn't give any spells to stop it or anything. Or should I go while pregnant?
That's also the wrong npc. The blue haired npc I was referring to can be found outside south of that building
