Talk to cow girl after a few births and she will sell the regular pills. After yet more births talk to her again for the superior fertility drugs.

In both instances you must not be wearing disheveled clothes or nude, otherwise there will be a different interaction.

It been awhile but wasn't their a posted file here that had art for liz that was pregnant with quintuplets and higher for people to use to replace the in game art?

Can someone tell me how to add the quadruplets and quintuplets to the game?
As I recall the old version could add quadruplets and quintuplets.

I don´t think those were ever implemented in any way, someone just made the art.
At most you could manually swap those in instead of one of the current standing pictures, if you so desire.

There was a way to change the code, but I don't remember (or ever succeeded in accessing it) how to do it.

Suck man cause I think the guy posted his own version of the pregmod here but his Google drive link is now down the one with the quad and quintuplets art and all the other side content

This version doesn't add anything to the game except pregnancy, the enhanced version does not have pregnancy. If you want pregnancy content, download this one, if you like the improvements to the default game that the enhanced version has, download it. Kinda wish someone would combine both versions

Played this game before, stopped about 2/3 in. Saw this mod a year ago, grabbed it, but just started it yesterday, then I checked here to see if there's a way to minimize the dialogue box and lo, a champion hath returned to bestow a new version upon us! Thanks, grabbed and gonna continue my save!
