No it's not done. There are still some events to be added, though the modders are currently tied up with life and other obligations so don't expect an update anytime soon.

The quad- and quintuples are just that, images. (Though you could swap them with some of the current images if you want to see them in-game)
Multiples are a thing though, up to triplets is implemented.

Yes, twins and triplets are possible. Every time she gets pregnant it´s a random chance whether it´s 1, 2 or 3. You could guarantee twins or triplets by taking the "Mage´s Fertility Drug" you can buy from the girl next to the cows by talking to her exposed after enough pregnancies.
