All these 5 stars are so misleading. It's always demo or version 0.01. What makes it worse is that once the game releases a couple of updates, whether it is bad or not, these ratings will remain. Lots of high rating games here are like this.
It's a bit of a unique case in this instance because of who the game is made by.
Imperial Gatekeeper is one of the GOATs of H-games, so any game being made by Tungsten is going to have sky high expectations and hype.

I will be honest, I prefer the 'old' style.

I dont know...it feels more unique.

The new style feels 'h-game generic artstyle', while the old style, the one Tengsten used in Imperial Gatekeeper feels more interesting and unique, I loo at the older style and I remember TIGK, onde of the best hgames around.

Here updated game file v.0.82

Have fun

Added in version 0.80
Chapter 1 Main Scenario (One week after Badou joins)
Chapter 1 Erotic Events (Mother's Blowjob/Sister's Blowjob/Older Sister's Horseback Riding)
Added masturbation dialogue variations after each erotic event
Implemented employee menu (status check, character conversations, etc.)
Implemented food development system
Occasional chips can now be earned during business hours (low probability, but significant increase in experience points)
Event recollections are now available from the title screen
Improved functionality of the event recollection menu
...and many other minor system adjustments.

*Fixed in Ver. 0.81 (Updated 9/23 5:00 PM)
- When starting the game from Chapter 1, some events occur in an unexpected order.
- When starting the game from Chapter 1, the recollection menu is not registered correctly.
- After using the employee menu, characters do not appear when chopping wood, etc.
- Badou's facial expression may remain, and the following message may appear.
- New event thumbnails are not registered in the recollection menu.

*Fixed in Ver. 0.82 (Updated 9/24 8:20 PM)
- In Sophia's masturbation mode, the "Serve me with your mouth..." message has incorrect text.
- The mouse wheel has been provisionally implemented for numeric keypad input, such as for order quantity operations (up and down on the wheel controls numbers, and middle-click confirms input regardless of mouse position).

There seems to be bug on version 0.82t as it didn't count hot spring despite availability of fuel thus lowering the rating and stamina regen on the character. But the fuel still decrease on the next day. Not sure if it was caused by playing using previous save or the latest demo itself.

The system has the spirit of imperial gatekeeper, but the scenes are pretty tame so far and I'm not really believing the characters allowance of corruption.

If anything changes in the future, I'd hope it would be the loan shark planting that guy to insight corruption, and the object of the game is to win it pure. Loan shark could even use the interest money to hire bad actors to patronize the store and cause a ruckus, and the more you resist the more he invests. Obviously we'd all allow them to get felt up and whatnot, but pure route rewards are always a nice "challenge mode" cherry on top for replayability.

Art, UI, and premise are all good otherwise

The game certainly looks interesting so far. I loved Ane Kasegi and this is certainly aiming to be something like that too.

So far there is not much to do or see. A few events here and there and the progression seems a bit rushed, but that might just be due to the fact that this is a demo and could be sorted in the full release. Right now, other than adding some new menu items, there isn't much you can improve or upgrade in the inn, hopefully later on there will be more stuff you can add, buy etc.

One of the biggest improvements over Ane Kasegi was the ordering system. Here you can finally set a target amount to reach rather than either manually order every day, or choose to order x amount every day. Considering that in both games there is a warehouse cap, the second option was basically useless.

It is shame about the art style change. The one they used previously was unique and interesting. This is more generic, but not too bad.

I doubtful that will be the case. To me it feels the progression will be more similar to Ane Kasegi, so the change and corruption will be coming more from an inner desire, rather than an outside corrupting force. Plus from what I've seen, the loan shark doesn't really have any incentive to get too much into it. For him it doesn't matter if they succeed or not. He gets his money either way.

I think there's a bug.

For some reason, I can't talk with the villagers.
