Have you brought all the tickets for the pool (from both the actual pool and the secret shop)?
You should find Aoi at Harbor Town's gym or somewhere there. Also, the matsutakes are for the event after Best Couple event.
No confirmation for that. Nyuu himself says it might take a few months, people at 072 (the publishers) says the same as well.
Hikari's scene is at the start town. There's a new small path added at the battle court. Luna scene 2 is at your new resort house where you unlocked Flare's new scene.
Much compatible, just be warned that the resort island trip won't be available right away if your loaded save was in Harbor Town.
I found that article on 072, claiming it would come in mid November, can't find it anymore though. Do you have sources to both saying it will tkae months? DLC 1 was done pretty fast.

DLC1 was released a month after the main game came out on 072 only because the JP DLC came out three months after the main game, allowing the translators to work on it consecutively with the main game, almost like they weren't separated.
Your link isn't referring to the translation and not even about the development, but about a Steam Release. You can already read this from the numbers he showed.
The main game took 12 months, the DLC never took 9 months then. The main game was the creation of the entire in-game world including all assets, the music, the coding of all gameplay elements and mechanisms and so on and so forth.
DLC 1 did add only a few new animations in this already existing framework. DLCs like this won't take 3/4 of the entire base game development time.
He's probably talking about how long it took to get the game and DLC1 placed in Steam.
The bottom text literally mentions "translation" in English.
And let's talk about the process of post-release plan:
1. Release on Dlsite
2. Focus on fixing all possible bug and continue to debug over the next few days after release (currently here)
3. Actual translations - which involves correction + review from Nyu and the programmer.

Whatever the case is, unless the translation + debugging is extremely rushed or first MTLed like main game, the DLC will more than likely not release within the next 3 weeks. The fastest I'm seeing it is December.
Nyu also mentioned that they haven't started translation a few days ago.
Also, reminder that there's also 50 new Yarimon dex entries + new moves to translate on top of the regular stuffs. The translators/publisher also have different game to deal with. It won't be as quick as DLC1.

Yes, as part of the entire process in the end in order to get approved. It doesn't imply that the entire post is about translating the DLC. That wouldn't make sense in terms of proportions, see the comparison with main game of 12 months vs DLC 1 with 9 months. DLC 1 doesn't even have 20% of the content of the main game.
Very much aware of that. The tweet was probably not the example I should've shown you, but the point is Nyuu on twitter mentions translation hasn't started, 072 Project's official say it'll probably take month, and that DLC2 will not be coming out mid-November, hence why the article was probably deleted as they meant the original planned date for DLC2.
