Did the level cap increase with dlc2?
I'm wondering if starting anew with dlc2 would make those dlc1 battle "less challenging" with the few extra levels

Level cap is increased, but I'm pretty sure enemies just scale with your level, so it doesn't make it any less challenging.

But DLC2 also added very powerful mons that non DLC2 trainers don't have access to.
You can probably steamroll them with Tangleplant and Gelien who snowball extremely hard against most enemies.

Where does the ntr(optional) tag come from? I just played 10 minutes and apparently the 1h sex reward only work for the main protagonist, for the rest it's 1000 yen.

The NTR comes from the optional Bad Ends you get in the DLC content. They're optional because it's up to you if you want to see them or not.

The game crashes when I go up the stairs at the beach cafe where you can fight the maids when the green haired one goes up and you follow.

I wish the game acknowledges it when you haven't used the starter mon's cheat tackle, plenty of times the MC keep saying he relies on the cheat tackle too much when my tackle counter is 1

IT DOES ACKNOWLEDGE IT!!!!
If you visit the Dev's Room, Nupuryu will tell you that you never used Cheat Tackle apart from the first mandatory time and will reward you with 10 Soul Gems.
If you visit the 3rd Dev's Room in DLC2 and you still haven't used the Cheat Tackle apart from the first mandatory time, Nupuryu will ACTUALLY fight you as the Secret Boss of this game!

The MC himself not acknowledging it is probably part of the story sadly... maybe it's an oversight from the Devs that they left the text like that.

The secret boss fight is cool I suppose but yeah it feels like an oversight, Shadoom and Moostar just destroys everything I rarely even use the starter mon
