Half-confirmed that DLC2 is the final update to the game, having three different downloads and versions associated with each (Main game, DLC 1 & 2) was hard to debug and fix.
Also half-confirmed is possible "after story" of the game, whether this is the what-if cult route or the main game route (judging from "After story" I'd assume it's the latter) is unconfirmed.

There won't be a DLC3.

I remember seeing this somewhere but i can't remember where the forest ruins are. Is that where the cult leader and the run-down house is?

Or is this in the underground dev room, where you can get to by talking to the frog at the village of beginnings?

in the underground dev room, there're two new portions too, i think those animations are there, and they mention the cult leader, but now i'm interested in the story expansion for that part! It seems to be an advanced version of the hypnosis this time, with new animations? I can't find out how to activate the proper in-game story for that though!

From the shrine, there's a slightly hidden path on the right upper corner, follow that, it'll get you to the secret shop

Alternatively, use the cat in Waro (?) Village

Are you looking for the door for the alternative endings? If so, it's in the trees right before the "door" to the ruin area

how do you see the chat log? i have a habit of clicking to fast so sometime I accidentally skip a dialouge

While you are in dialogue, use mouse wheel - scroll up. The game immediately enter in "chat log"
