some of the dlc2 dialouge reference dlc1 scene, nyuu probably dont want to bother making alternate dialouge if you havent seen the dlc1 scene so he just slap that on. also yarimon encyclopedia is supposed to expand when you enter resort because... new yarimon are found there, there's no in game explanation. even one of the dialouge in dlc2 reference this where suddenly its a common knowledge there's 50+ yarimon they never know before just appearing in dlc2 out of nowhere. probably a reference to pokemon game because its also normal occurence there

well that make sense, especially the matsutake incident i guess
either it's bugged, or you never noticed blue-yellow flame near central(with emote of winking chikeflare when u close to it). As troubleshooting, try to go to central, inside, right corridor(opposite of tournament one), there should be end content tour and it removes chike temporarily, might be what triggers flame appearance, but who knows how it works. If this did not help-bug or other trigger required.
It should appear after you visit Flare's old room and trigger the scene with Flare in her original form in the dream
That is not where you go to Wano Village. You need to go to Big City, go South, go inside the Cave and there you go.
sorry for the late reply but its probably because you have an dlc2 mon that evolve from base mon in your party. they don't really get registered until you enter the resort its self. iirc its candlick, the bunny thing, the bat thing, tricky, roamoonmoon. I have the bunny before I entered the resort and that what happen to me (they are the one who evolve at lvl 101)
the trigger for splitting with buddy is on central, upon visiting central after post game buddy will ask you to go to the lift. it will trigger a scene with pervader (you will know what I mean). after that you can split with buddy by interacting with flame looking thing front of central tower(you probably already visited resort but hey its better than never lmao)
