The only one that is confirmed to be immune to the guru's hypnosis is Aoi who isn't going to appear in the bad end route at all. The other characters that won't make an appearance in the route as art is Taiga, Athena and Flare, for different reasons.
These characters aren't added because Nyuu doesn't want to break their character/impression, mentioned in the Dlsite no.1 commemoration stream.
Athena would've blown the building up before she even enters it because her instincts would've told her to do so, Taiga would've probably end up in a fight with Totoro and end up killing each other, and Flare wasn't given an exact reason - Chikepu was probably killed, and Flare would've been immune in the first place.
While nothing was said about Teresa, she's probably too important to where Nyuu won't draw her in either.
This hentai game trashes the female version of Red so harsh lol, she deserves more credit. Red in the original Pokémon is truly the Ohio Final Boss of Pokémon Verse, surviving in harsh environments, catching legendary Pokémon, and possessing top-notch talent and strategy. Leo isn't meant to be a complete stand-in for Red, if she was a complete stand-in, she wouldn't have lost against Athena.
Leo have also appeared in previous work of Nyuu just as another fucked girl
which as many knows, is about as hardcore as the bad end route, which is probably why Nyuu didn't even hesitate into putting her in the route.
Leo has an entire doujinshi with Futta (albeit younger), but unfortunately, Flare's the sole winner in this universe.
