I think this is a curious example, since the Doc is notoriously bad at erotica dialogue, so instead of trying he just doesn't really use it and focuses on what he is good at. Being a DIK scenes don't feel longer just because of more, or longer animations, its the way the scene is structured, spliced with static renders and dialogue, characters moving around the set, new options that appear only after doing other positions first, it gives the feeling that the scene is progressing.Yeah, when I play other games like BaDIK
Contrasting, lets say we have 20 angles from the start and just click on how many and in which ever order you want, or just click cum from the get go, it feels like you just went through 20 alternative scenes, rather than them happening in succession and building to the climax. IMO, that is the bigger factor in making the scenes feel short.
Hot take, while I enjoy animations, I don't think they are needed at all to transmit what I'm describing.
