Hey, wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me? Looking for pregnancy games with pregnancy as a mechanic rather than just an end or implication. However I'm mainly interested in pregnancy games where there's incest impregnations or cheating (Netori, so either female MC cheating on partner, or male MC impregnating other NPC's wives/gf's).

Edit: Saw that you meant as a mechanic, and while the preg content on SL is at the end, I recommend it.

Other ones are Incubus City, where you must impregnate as many women as possible in a limited timeframe (it's an HTML, don't know if that rocks your boat).

I have played SL, forgot to put it on my list because you are right, it is a must play and you can fool around with the girls while they're pregnant at least

played them a long time back and actually i hardly played Renryuu for like 30 mins. regarding MM, i don't think there's any incest or cheating content. just a harem game and pretty vanilla as far as i remember.
and i doubt any game with incest goes untagged, given how popular the genre is.

Renryuu Ascension doesn't have pregnancy at the moment. Yes, there is small icon telling you "congrats, you knocked her up" but until the second half of the story comes out it doesn't do anything.

IAmTheMinotaur Vitamin is the good old "female MC is magic and can pop babies like no tomorrow" sort of thing. No cheating, but getting pregnant is the meat (hehe) of the game.
On Princess, since they can be added to your party, if you lose, they get fucked by the enemies (rape in this case), but the animation is the same. However, if memory serves me right (it does not) there are situations where the princesses are fucking other people on their own accord.

On Mythic Manor, they are setting up something with the MC's mother (all clues point to this direction, but it's not ingame as of now), so no incest at the moment. Sadly, the preg content is only in a dream.
Since you are technically the boyfriend of some of the girls, there is cheating on your part. Also, one of the girls is a ram demon, the type that must have semen daily, so you get what I want to say.
It may not look like your cup of tea, but it is a very solid game.

Free Cities with the pregnancy mod. Does include incestual pregnancies as well.

It has the "Abandoned" tag on here since the original dev stopped working on it, but the modders are still developing it (it's open source) and even without the mod FC has more content than most games on this site.

OH SHIT! I forgot about WVM! The MC is a basketball player that goes to an small town high school and becomes the main attraction. Soon after, he is asked to impregnate rich single women for cash money. It's on day 6 as of now, so no belly bump yet. No incest yet, but one of your lady friends may or may not be your sister, and there are a lot of focus on your biological mom (and adoptive mom too).

Games I've played that aren't on OP's list that have pregnancy as a mechanic (including cheating pregnancy):
Newlife by Splendid Ostrich
Violated Heroine (there's a cheating pregnancy storyline, and I think you can have incest too? I have no idea, this dev changelog is a mess).
Oh, and CollegeDaze has cheating and incest pregnancy (as well as, um, vanilla pregnancy) too.
Transfigure also has both incest, cheating, and pregnancy content, but not all those content at the same time (at least in the current content), although it is strongly implied that at least one route will end up with all three of those.
