is cool it's basically Persona where each character has menstruation cycle and can get pregnant. Didn't end up seeing any mention of birth on my first playthrough but that could have been due to how late in the game I got pregnant or due to the ending I got.

I have played SL, forgot to put it on my list because you are right, it is a must play and you can fool around with the girls while they're pregnant at least

Yup, played Young Wife Soufflé and Minako, though I didn't get far with the latter as I kept running into a game-breaking glitch. Normally I prefer games with animated H-scenes, but in cases like YWS the writing and pacing is good enough that pictures are enough.
