there are multiple ntr endings but idk for witch person.This is a bit of a spoiler, but the plots are ultimately intertwined no matter what you start with. So if your goal was picking specific girl to avoid certain things, that's not how this game works.
You mean gallery? If you play through the game normally you will unlock it at the end iirc (with some caveats).
EDIT: Small spoilers: If you want the full gallery, you have to out-meta the game to a huge degree. Though the game will shame you for that.
I have installed the game but it's still censored? I think i should've been able to see under Miyuki's skirt with the patch

Downloaded from another site and after installing and trying to run the game pops up this (I'm sorry it's in Russian.)
