Does anyone know the conditions for the date with Raven? Does it happen after the reality shift? Does Corey have to break-up with Jessica?

Yeah, I removed that scene. Now you can only break up with Jessica if your relationship progresses far enough with Griffin or Raven.
It has to happen before the reality change. You'll need to either ask Raven for help masturbating or kiss her after being confronted by Ms. Winter. Then, try to get her to teach you magic until you go to the diner with her. When you come back, she'll try to kiss you. Kiss her back and then break up with Jessica. Then, sit with her and Griffin at lunch.
It'll be available when the next version is released on Patreon, which will be sometime towards the end of this month.

Having high exhibition lets you expose your period in the girls bathroom and it changes some other scenes slightly.
That message is telling you that you need to take off your shirt and do yoga in just your sports bra. If you take off your shirt can you go to yoga?
Are there other male relationships planned? For example, possibly becomming Ryan's secret side piece if he recognises the mc after the halloween interaction. Or perhaps the coach takes an interest if the mc wear the swimming costume on a regular basis..

I just don't know what to do to get griffin to date me, no matter how many times I reload an entire game (!!) I can't seem to make him date me despite following the hints.
