The old one could at least kinda make sense (though I never saw a translation so no idea what the official excuse is): you can ultimately pull her free with some rope so she might have given you the keys or told you where to find a spare to do precisely that. You could even be housemates, neighbours or "friends" and thus have a legal way in. The only part which doesn't work in practice is near-instantaneous switching of sides when you only have a single cum meter.
The reason I'm explaining all that is that a dumb little flash game I played ages ago actually had a more well-thought-out plot than this thing
