Cool, but it literally wont take anything in English. You have to run an emulator to get through the setup screen of a supposedly translated game, which is pretty shitty. The default input is invalid unless you run an emulator. That screen is a soft lock.
Post a screenshot (you don’t know how since you apparently can’t infer to fucking click on any of the buttons in japanese that are confirm prompts) or don’t talk shit and review bomb.
And pray tell, what alternative do you have to the so called “terrible MTL”?

The alternative is waiting since an official translations is being worked on.
Also, i feel like these translations should be better by now considering how much better AI has become.
The quality of these "official translations" is dubious at best, and its been almost 9 years since the game released, anything is better than waiting for that long like a sheep
It's another craplation, even the uploader says nothing and has his profile private. It's a race to the bottom

I'd actually rather not play than play a game with a horrible MTL translation, some games are totally fine and only mistranslate minor things like switching genres, but some translations are really bad where sometimes u cant even understand what a whole phrase means.
The lovely thing about that screenshot is that we got a name that is very unique. Through the ancient art of Googlefu-> I give you this, Horny Elves and a Moral Orc.
Apparently from what I understand Lune wanted to release it in the West (Lune is a japanese developer and when japanese devs say they want to release it "in the West" they mean that they want to release it on Steam) but they ran into a problem, the problem is that not all the girls in the game have ginormous boobs and therefore they can not release the game because of that. I am guessing this is why Milk Factory only make girls with girnormous boobs and call it "academy" instead of "school", because they want to release their games on Steam.

People in here really being like: "I can't understand the MTL... waahh" Dude, its been almost a decade since the game came out, just go watch the hentai then. We all know the plot by now.
