There might be a few scenes that technically qualify, like the scenes on losses to certain enemies, but I'm not sure if it'd be enough for a tag; at the very least, they aren't substantial. The only one I can recall off the top of my head that might fit the bill is an Onahole TF scene similar to that in Illya's game, but I don't remember how the scene progresses, unfortunately.
It's a top-down roguelike dungeon crawler, so the bulk of the experience in terms of tags that would be appreciated here involves cursed loot, forced class changes, level draining scenes, some possession/body swap content, and the like -- along with physical and mental transformations that have tangible gameplay impacts. I'll try not to spoil too much here (I personally find dungeon crawlers more interesting the less you know going in), but if it sounds appealing to you, that's a sizable chunk of the tags involved.
