Can somebody explain to me how is this even remotely femdom? One of the "Lexi" character's first line is "you will fall in love with cock and you will love every second of it".

COM3D2 is imho superior in style but Koikatsu is apparently superior in terms of 'developer resources'.

I wanted to Play this Game, so I downloaded it (Duh)
Everything went fine; then I went to play it;
Everytime I tried to start it Windows would Shut it down;
saying that they found a problem,...I don't know why.
I thought it Might be a Bad download, so I deleted it and tried again.

There are problems with the game logic not detecting whether you have already bought something (eg squirting dildo) before being given such a task. You progress some things way too quickly (crossdress in public). Your media needs a lot of work as noted.
Why do you think this thing will go anywhere? You pay a little lip service to alpha male or possibly even something on a spectrum, but it goes nowhere. Why not pursue that instead and maybe find a market that is too underserved with money in their pocket?
Let's go back to that web site tease video trap and split off an alternate path. Your security foo allows you to capture and trace back the attempt to make you a sissy beta. Having a resistant option is a must as far as I'm concerned for this genre and it's almost never done. Make it difficult, absolutely, but it must be in it otherwise it's just a linear gay porn with extra clicks and don't just make it a "no, I refuse" choice to get the winning condition. The old hypnopics collection games had ways to win the games without being turned into a mindless bimbo and it was usually hard but that's what made it satisfying and game-like. One of the best J-rpgm games that did resisting your fate well was Virgin Quest. Keeping your virginity was hard in that game but that's what made it fun. After that I went back and got the other scenes.
The setup is always bad in this genre. At least it isn't an unbeatable witch, a part time job contract that somehow makes you their slave, a roommate that makes a deal to put their pervert tenant into chastity and then decides to keep them in it forever after promising to let them out after a week, or a corrupt family member that somehow has ridiculous power of attorney over the player character, or just plain blackmail that escalates. Still not great.
