Mine would be something along these lines:

1. Dreams of Desire
2. Depraved Awakening
3. Parental Love
4. Living with Temptation (it was one of the first "premium" games I played, hence I have a sweet spot for it)
5. Babysitter
6. Man of the House
7. Milfy City (showing some excellent potential)
8. Snake Valley (give me a break, who doesn't love cowboys and prostitutes?)
9. Milf's Villa (Only RPGM game I've bothered to play for more than 20 minutes, so it does earn its place here)
10. Melody (more of a wish that it'll start climbing up the list the further the development goes, loved the release version)

Zoe's Temptation (being one of, if not the, first wegs I played it holds a special place)
Dual Family (story is great, if not way too slow)
Solvalley School (followed this since the first RPGM release, it's not on the main list only because I like House Arrest more)
Big Brother (it had its ups and downs, more downs than ups... but at some point it was a good game, I guess)
Four Elements Trainer (love the humour and episodic style)
Corruption (kind of a guilty pleasure)
Lab Rats (nice, well put together game)

Games that I have my... Issues with:

Anything by Icstor/Inceton/ICCreations (the same story over and over, if you played one, you played them all)
My Cute Cousin (I kinda want to like this game... But THE FACESSSS)
Most female protagonist games (the same reason as Icstor/Inceton/ICCreations)

I am probably gonna forget some of the games, but I will give it a try:

1. Redemption for Jessika.
   
   I can't really think of another game to take this spot. While the game is fairly short, it presents one of the most interesting characters I can recall. Jessika is beautiful, funny and somehow manages to be both vulnerable and strong at the same time. The only thing I don't really like is the slight element of supernatural powers, but it isn't enough to take away from the game as a whole.
   
   
2. Living with temptation.
   
   If I could ever choose a redhead girl from any game as the redhead, then Lisa would definately be the one. Sexy, seductive, funny and friendly, what more could you ask for? And if that wasn't enough, you have a gorgeous wife you can chose to cater to as well. I prefer the first game of LWT, despite the fact that you can't get Lisa pregnant in the first game, since it has a better story and gameplay flow.
   
   
3. Dreaming of Dana.
   
   I like the realistic feel of this story. The game rarely feels forced in the scenes it presents, and you get a wide selection of gorgeous girls to have fun with. I personally adore Andrea, and she manages to make me want to protect her and keep her happy, despite being a gorgous girl and practically throwing herself at you. I usually enjoy dominating women in these games and humiliate them, break them down into my personal toys, so the fact that a character manages to make me feel compassion for her is no minor feat.
   Throw in the fact that Dana is one of the best looking and best written characters I have seen, and you have a pretty damn good game. The fact that you can get her pregnant only adds to the perfect feel of the game, and I only wish that you could do the same to Andrea.
   
   
4. Haramase simulator.
   
   Not much reason here. I enjoy impregnation, and this entire game is built around knocking up all the women you meet. The girls are varied in both shapes and personalities as well, so that is another plus, and there are a good 20 or so to choose from. Add an android in a bunny girl costume, that you can knock up with a dusin babies or more at once (I managed 13 as my personal best) and you have a definate winner in my book.
   The only drawbacks are the anime style of drawings, which has censorship in many places. It is annoying, but the game manages to pull through it, and there are still many scenes that arent censored, so it isn't as bad as it could have been. Also, the game is definately somewhat of a grind if you want to unlock the special girls. It takes around 1000 impregnations to unlock the last one, and even I have only managed around 650'ish at this time.
   
   
5. Lab rats 1.
   
   Mind control: Check. Incest: Check. Impregnation: Check. Great visuals: Well, you can't have it all. Joke aside, LR is a fun little game, and pretty much gives me everything I want in a game like this. If it used some better 3D models instead of being based on honey select, then it would probably be hanging out with RFJ and LWT.
   Lab Rats 2 seems to be fixing this issue, but that game is too early in development for me to recommend it right now. Still, LR 1 is a good game and is definately worth checking out.
   
   
6. Dreams of desire.
   
   Good story, great visuals, intesting characters. There isn't much this game does wrong, but for me, there is something that simply doesn't seem to click, in order to move it higher on the list.
   
   
7. Something unlimited.
   
   When I was younger, I watched a lot of cartoons, including the Justice League animated series and Justice League Unlimited, and I admit to have had a crush on both Wonder Woman and Black Carnary back then. This game gives me the option to enslave both of them, along with all their female friends, and use them for my own perverted pleasure.
   This game would be much higher on the list if there was more content with each character, but most characters only have very basic interactions, which is somewhat disappointing. You would figure that with so many versions released and around 20 or so girls to enslave, you would be able to get laid. Nope! There are like 1 or 2 girls to actually have sex with in the current state, and they are both allied with you or villains. I must say, it is very frustrating to go through so much trouble to capture Wonder Woman and Black Carnary, and then be relegated to watch them stripping at your club, or getting fucked by other men in your brothel. I OWN THESE BITCHES, LET ME FUCK THEM!
   
   
8. Big brother.
   
   This is no doubt the biggest wasted potential on the list. BB once held such promise, and now we are left with an unfinished mess of a game. Most storylines are unfinished and you never really get a satisfying payoff for all the boring grind you do in the game.
   So why is the game on the list? Well, honestly it is mostly due to Kira and Alice. These 2 characters are definately my 2 favs in the game, and the visuals and interface of the game itself are really good. The game is still worth picking up and playing in its current state, but be prepared to feel a hunger for more, which will sadly never come.
   
   
9. My sister mia.
   
   This is an interesting game. Mia is an attractive girl and bitchy enough to make me enjoy playing her like a fiddle. That being said, the mother is definately the one who steals the picture when she is around. She is simply drop-dead stunning and outshines her daughter in every way.
   The game itself is made in RPGM, which is pretty annoying, seeing as how it relies a lot on the walk-from-A-to-B-and-fetch-random-item mechanic to prolong the gameplay timer. It also suffered from the patreon TOS hammer, and had to remove a lot of good content, including some bestiality scenes, which were fairly fun.
   A new version, called "Summer with Mia" is currently being remade in Ren'py, which will likely streamline the game and make it feel more polished.
   
   
10. Milfy City.
    
    As of the time of this post, this game is still on version 0.1, and yet manages to offer more content than 90% of the games on the site, while also maintaining quality. Also, the mother is one of the best "mother" models I have seen yet. Doesn't outshine the older sister though. HOLY SHIT, DAT ASS!
    I would be highly surprised if this game doesn't move several places up the list in the next year or so. With such a strong starting point, it should be hard to fail.

A couple of honorable mentions:

• Dating my Daughter.
  
  Good game, with a good story and quality visuals. Sadly, the story tends to feel pretty dragged out, which hurts the game as a whole.
  
  
• My sweet neighbors.
  
  Pretty good game, with a fairly similar style to DmD, but has a much faster payoff.
  
  
• My Legacy.
  
  Short little game about a perverted uncle who wants to knock up his 2 nieces and their mother as well. The premise of this game alone should have given it a spot on the list, but it loses out due to the rushed feeling of the game. Still, you can get a pregnant harem ending, so that is definately a bright spot.
  
  
• Absolute power.
  
  This game holds many of the elements I enjoy in a game, and seems to have the potential to make use of them, but currently the game is simply not offering enough to make it very enjoyable. Hopefully the next few updates will fix this issue.
  
  
• Bad brother/Bad Bobby saga.
  
  Like Absolute power, Bad Brother/Bad Bobby saga seems to hold many of the elements I enjoy in my games, but suffers from the same lack of actual content. It is definately on my watch list though.
