Rename the game's folder (to make it not japanese)

You are sure that you went into the Control Panel > Region > Administrative > Change system locale and changed it to Japanese? And by the half screen issue you mean when the UI is off screen right

Renaming the folder from japanese to english actually fixed the issue. I can finally use the UI correctly without it being cut off halfway through the screen

YOU ONLY NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME FOLDER. Malwerebytes give me no virus and defender either.

If someone wants to play a game without a headache on their phone, I can recommend using Gamehub. First, download Gamehub and complete the general setup. Remember to extract the game archive somewhere (and change the folder names to avoid any confusing symbols). Then, in the "PC Emulator" section, click on the "Import PC games" button and specify the location of the game (Game.exe). The system may then display a random similar game, from which it has pulled the cover, title, and description. Don't worry, he was just trying to find information about our game, but he couldn't, so he just displayed information from a similar game (you can rename the game name if you want). We can see that the game has been added to our library. Now, all we have to do is select our game, go to its settings, and set the "Language" to "ja_JP" (and make sure that the path is correct and doesn't contain any strange characters). After that, all we have to do is launch the game, wait a few seconds for the emulator to download the necessary components, and we're ready to play. I played for half an hour, and the game didn't show any errors.
