Someone please help, I went and installed all 8 programs inside the _Redist folder but it still says "steam_api.dll was not found". What should I do? It says I already have the program second to the bottom, and I can't download it even if I wanted to. Is that the problem?

EDIT: I decided to take a different approach and added steam_api.dll directly, but now it says "The procedure entry point SteamInternal_FindOrCreateUserInterface could not be located in the dynamic link library". I looked up what to do online but it didn't help. What should I do now?
