also more poses available for bigger group activity, but if you want a decent paywall added you can leave your ideas as a suggestion
And you can back up this statement with some proof, or are you merely assuming that is the case?
I am genuinely interested, couldn't find this limitation mentioned anywhere.

It's been mentioned here in changelogs and also many times in the discord server.

Well, those are old patchnotes. They are for Patches v0.1.001a(10.07) - v0.1.040Public(16.09) and unless the Spitter animations, mentioned there are a separate set of different animations as well as other stuff, everything is present in the game, except cheats. At least, I'm pretty sure group animations are not gated in any way in the actual version. They are just a bit tricky to trigger. Especially the 5P one (I believe, it's the only 5P animation so far), since it requires a specific order and timing.

I don't use discord, so I have no idea what is being discussed there, by who and whether there is any credible source of information present there. People can say all kind of different things, doesn't mean those things are true.

There is a small chance I'm misrememberings things, so I'm going to doublecheck the 5P animation in current public version.

eh they are mostly for unlocking all poses quickly i think, if you want to play the game itself at the intended pace they are not needed
Okay, I got it, thanks. The game has great potential, especially in its h-mechanics and skills, but the story, level design, and environment need little bit more improvement. But still it's one of the most playable and high-quality 3D h-games, with unique mechanics and features. I put this in my top five, but it has fewer likes or ratings here. It definitely deserves more recognition...

On my experience playing games in development most of the players tend to treat them as complete product whether they understand that game is developing or not. First impression of the game aren't user friendly and that's also what makes it lower on likes and ratings. Tutorial would make a lot for better impression. And overall reviews on this forum require some work as many of reviews are just awful, they probably should add ability to comment reviews to ask questions. Like complaining about how bad optimization is or how low fps game provides without giving info on your hardware. Or how in the game there is no controller support, or how HUD is not like in old games where you have rectangular bars with health and stamina on your main screen with other info blocking 25% of scene (I wonder how the guy lives without that stuff irl). First of all I don't know if it's even appropriate to review any unfinished product without special rules, and also entice reviewers to update their reviews on non complete projects like once a year.

Yeah, you're right. All reviews should take into account that this is early access, made by indie developers with very limited resources, and, of course, how they’ve developed or progressed so far. But what I meant is that this game feels like a hidden gem. Also, most of the top 15 most liked or top 6 highest rated 3D games on this forum have no gameplay or unique mechanics at all. Some are just animation galleries, and others are typical VN. This shit deserves way more support!

And most of the reviews on these projects are like 2 rows of text how good game is and how it have great potential 5 stars. There is also a problem that many of them don't want to actually play the game, they need a "game" to fap and the less movements they need to make the better, even if everything is a grind of two buttons or just pressing lctrl to skip everything, it's fine as long as it easy to do with one hand. This kind of behavior even affected JRPGs so there was a boom of "NPC" games at some point. Now we have kinetic novels and 3d gallery games where all you can do is press F to watch animation.

Yeah, I literally never understand those most famous NSFW VN games, point'n'click or skip the conversations or low-quality animations... I’m okay with the novel part, but those incredibly boring, long conversations and cliche scenarios just kill it... Honestly, I can (and already do) create way better stories and visuals with VaM in the same amount of time, without wasting it on those...

As far as I know both versions available here aren't public.
You are 100% right, I stand corrected. I've got the v0.3.98a(public) version that was posted here not long ago (it's been upgraded to patreon version now). Couldn't trigger the 5P animation in there at all, while it's pretty easy to access in patreon version. Guess, my memory played a trick on me, I thought the v0.3.68 version I played before was a public one. That wasn't true, apparently.

I think you are confusing the terms famous and popular here. I doubt those "games" are the ones leaving a lasting impression on culture and industry. Specifically made for quick consumption and recycling, mass-produced and expendable, they are purely commercial in nature. The goal of these games is not to leave a legacy; rather, it's to grab a quick buck and provide a stream of content to keep the cash flowing in. In a way, like Starkurt pointed out earlier, they are very efficient and straightforward. They provide a zero-effort quick fix for those who want exactly that. The same situation as with music production: pop music is the most popular thing, but not the most creative, advanced, or influential. Few songs are remembered after a year or two, because there are always new ones. Now the question, why so many people choose to engage with the medium through the lowest effort route, is pretty simple. They just don't care; it's very low on their priority list. Time of their life is occupied with other things, and whether or not there is a good game they can play doesn't matter much. The only people who actually care about quality and creativity are those who either want to create games themselves or those who don't have much else in their lives to turn to outside of their favorite games. Basically, the number of local residents is always going to be lower than the number of tourists, and the tourists like buying shiny baubles.

Ithink you are confusing the terms of games and VN. There's no gameplay. :ROFLMAO: Okay okay, famous or popular, potato, potato, same shit in different shades..

There's no doubt that pop culture is full of hollow, lackluster, cookie-cutter products. But in the gaming industry, things can be different. The most famous and high-quality games often become the most popular ones too. But the NSFW market, though that's where things really start to get ridiculous. Still, it can change, and the most powerful tool in this market is this forum. That's all I was trying to point out.

Is there a way to encourage hentai grabs vs just getting whacked and repeatedly dying? Also where do you find those orange glowing enemies with the tentacle tongues in the one screenshot?
