you should pres all arrow direction key all at once (do not unpress or you are going to press one by one) before starting
Even I don't understand everything, but this is what I know:
fish look to the left, then press left
fish look to the right, then press right
fish look up press up
there is a possibility that by maintaining the the fish (left and right) too long can broke the fish wire, what I do usually was count 4 tik then press up for 1 tik then continuing where the fish look at.
And I almost forgot, Should upgrand day and night action, these actions help in fishing apparently (haven't try out)

Agreed, I am not a big lolicon myself (more into group sex), but I do sometimes have a mood for a loli.
