It's from "ZERO chance of chastity" and is indeed the work of Mizuryu Kei.

Yes, that is Mizuryu Kei art. But, I think we'll be seeing alot of other visual novel in later version since that seems to be the point it's going for. I just played the game a it was pretty good for a version 0.1. It gave me a good laugh.

Who knows, he might end up learning how to draw and milk patreons after releasing half done decent game(I'm looking at you, Wootch.)

What you saw on screenshots is what you get. And like five minutes of reading.
And the story itself it just... Ugh-h. Wasted time so far.
Writer basically explains to you, that this is 0.1v, girl can't kiss you, because "they" didn't pay her, etc, etc.
Too early to judge, but from what I could get, you're a confused guy, who died and went to some place with goddess in it. She will send you to various visual novels, where you will sex cartoon grills and stuff like that. Expect a lot of "borrowed" art.

japanese censorship laws. its not even their fault though, as they just made those laws to kiss up to the prudish americans so they wouldn't nuke them again. its part of the reason tentacle porn became a thing, was to dodge those censors
