Interesting game, has potential. Here are some of my thoughts (I fully expect that there are plans in future updates to fix and/or implement some of the things I mention, but I'll note them regardless as they're my genuine impressions of the games current iteration).
There is no punishment for freeloading on the bus, or dine and dashing. There's no point in ever paying for them.
It's easy to forget what clothes you are wearing, I feel like a simple picture in the side menu (maybe even on your phone background screen) to show you what clothes you have on would help immensely. It'll also remove some frustration for example; When currently you go to a location like the gym, only to realise that now you have to exit the gym, go back to the Jecinda district, then go home, then go into your bedroom, then change clothes. It's a lot of backtracking, and with the continuous time increase for every action can punish you for a simple mistake.
Game is a bit grindy, part of the problem is things like webcaming and drawing are locked behind significant purchases. I feel like a good way to alleviate some of this is to add more progression in the activities. For example allow us to buy basic art materials for dirt cheap, then you can draw earlier in game but at reduced income and fans. Similar with webcaming, you could start off posting selfies online then once you gain enough fans you can progress onto webcam, then once you've gained enough fans again you can progress into shooting porn. Something to work towards that justifies buying the expensive items.
The Arabella District feels very empty, apart from going to the gym there's little reason to go there. Then once you max out your fitness there's no reason to go there outside of buying the occasional item. I can't help but feel there needs to be an option to earn money there, a shop that you can work at during the day and a nightclub to do things at night.
There should be a store to buy items like the dildo, I literally missed it in the webcam menu for ages as it didn't make much sense to be there, plus it blends in with the other options making it easy to miss when it appears as an option. An adult store would also make sense in this world and could open up more game play options.
Outside of school there's not much to do during the day, therefore there's no real reason to miss school. On weekends there's even less to do especially if you haven't unlocked drawing and/or webcam.
The hacking skill is interesting, but it's almost impossible until you have levelled up the computer skill significantly. I like the high risk, high reward aspect for shoplifting so I wouldn't change that. Instead maybe include lower risk hacking attempts where you can utilise the same mechanics, like breaking into other student lockers, or stealing from your family members. That way you can practice and level up your computer skill at the same time, instead of grinding away at school and reading books.
I'm not sure what plans you have for the science skill, but currently it doesn't affect anything (that I can notice) so there's little reason to study that class and just choose the socialise option instead. I feel like having maths class instead could offer more potential. You could make it the higher your maths skill, the more money you gain from activities.
On another note with the art, science and computer skills. It could be interesting to add in an event where every 2 or so weeks you need to sit an exam. If you pass the exams you gain reputation, if you excel in the exams you gain a bonus to your parents allowance. If you fail the exams you lose reputation and a decrease in your allowance and/or get punished by your parents depending on how badly you do. Then you can include options to bribe your teachers to give you passing grades, or cheat by paying or convincing fellow students to do your exams for you.
The story is very light on at this stage. I saw that you mentioned you want to include more features into the game before introducing any more story, but at the moment there's very little replay value. Once you've experienced said features once, there's little reason to continue as there's no payoff outside of levelling up your stats and making money. This also makes the game feel more grindy.
One thing to keep in mind when creating quests is that being the game designer, you will always know exactly what must be done to trigger said quests. This makes things skewed when testing and playing your game, as new players have 0 idea what to do or expect. If quests are subject to random encounters then you need to make it very clear what the player must do to progress, if it's not random then you can be more vague in telling the players how to proceed. Getting past the first few days and looking in the Quests menu only to see "Zara currently has no active quests..." is a bit demotivating.
I feel there needs to be more direct options for Zara when she wanders the streets, currently it's anything from a quiet stroll to sex work and the rng makes it all a lucky dip. Early game it's fine but I think a more satisfying solution is once you gain the slutty dress you get an option to literally work the streets after sneaking out at night. Something to help control some of the rng when you risk sneaking out, as currently if you get caught by your farther you will lose more money than you make if his corruption is too low. While risk v reward is fine a more direct option to choose what you want later in the game would be more satisfying.
More creampie visuals would be nice, there's money shots for blowjobs but not a lot outside of those. Female orgasms would also be a nice inclusion too, especially since the protagonist is a woman.
