PSD are image files only basically, right? I tried to google if there's some kind of way to animate the pics but my understanding is, these are just advanced picture files with all the layers, correct?

I can't believe this author has shown zero improvement over all these years. It's been a while since I last saw his work, but the art style is still the same, and the sound effects haven't changed either. Nowadays, there are so many professionals specializing in audio—why not collaborate with them? How can someone be so reluctant to seek progress?
