The Yao picture got lighting from the left and right (Where is the light on the face coming from?) at the same time and her breast is weirdly folding up. There are these overlighted white spots pretty often. Whatever is happening with Caesar's waist. Pictures on the artist page got a lot of similar poses with little variety recently. Would also explain the title not having any attempt at being a parody name.

Looks suspicious enough to me, but I can't bust into their apartment and check their PC.

After reading this thread and found out they made other games (very few of them). I looked up their pixiv fanbox and some of the rewards are speedpaint videos. I am no artist and I have not seen their speedpaint vods, but just the fact they are offering them as rewards is proof enough for me to believe they don't use ai. I still could be completely wrong.
