it's called Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse. It's a very minor part of the movie, where they're running through a fenced area, try to shut the fence gate, and that female cop zombie's shirt gets caught, it opens. The only other explicit part of the movie (as I recall) is when he grabs a zombie, and it's an old grandpa with super saggy balls
