Depend on what do you mean "finished". Siren probably could finish main story in 2-3 updates. But girls are barely "touched", 3 main girls don't even know they all romance with MC, so I would say game can have updates for next 2 years.
Original plans was to end in 2024.

There are 4 spots. The tree one is the last. I think he hides behind the fence that separates the two sections.

Just New skins. at least from when Jessie tied with Rachel last year. It was a small if non existent quest. from what I remember.
