In terms of percentage, how close is this game to completion? The reason why I'm asking is I preferer to start this once it is completed.

At this point in the story I would say yes. There are a lot of things that will make more sense if you played Zombies Retreat 1. Zombies Retreat 1 will make more sense if you played Town of Passion. While not mandatory if want to have a full grasp of the overall story it is a must.

Every one of Sirens games are connected to some degree. But the events that take place in Zombies Retreat 1 are a direct result of what happened in Town of Passion. On the other side Zombies Retreat 1 answers some missing questions from Town of Passion.
Kingdom of Passion and also has strong ties to both Sexy Quest and Town of Passion. House Chores is also connected to Town of Passion to a lesser degree.
Sexy Quest is first which takes place around the same time as Kingdom of Passion. In fact in Kingdom of Passion Alexandria makes a direct reference to a event in Sexy Quest. Showing that the games are taking place at the same time. Sophie also references Farona as one of her students and talks about 2 of the towns in Sexy Quest.
After Sexy Quest and Kingdom of Passion the timeline then goes to Town of Passion. After that there is a split in the timeline. One where the zombie outbreak happened aka the Zombies Retreat 1 & 2 and one where it didn't that being House Chores.
Each games story is more or less self contained. But if you look at the wider story they are all connected to some degree.

That's possible. Since House Chores is on a different timeline it is not possible for Zombies Retreat characters to show up in House Chores or vice versa.

House Chores 2 has been confirmed. That may not be the actual title. The channel of Siren's discord just has it as upcoming title under the House Chores series.

The show is here ladies and gentlemen! It is I, the beautiful, talented, Courtney LeBlanc ~ ♫
Beta 0.25 will focus on a brand new survivor, Courtney LeBlanc! A famous icon known for her gorgeous appearance and wealthy lifestyle.
A brand new district will also be included - The Shopping District!
This new area, along with Courtney's questline will be more of a fun, light-hearted story so I hope you enjoy playing it!

At the moment, I am hoping to complete this update by the end of September!
I'm looking to do something fun for October so I'd like to work as hard as I can to avoid any delays. But of course, if I do need more time, I will let you all know. As the month goes on, I will share an update with a more accurate release date.
