There is a full list in the walkhtrough on Patreon except the 'lower difficulty' one that is new. But none will give you items. That's what easy mode is for.

In notmom scene that was added in v0.12 you take her to a certain tent, there you choose cum inside option, then "keep going" option for a second creampire. And now the mayor got a scene like that
well for the moment i didnt obtain the impregnation scene with the mayor, i have the 3 scenes, i have played them some times but nothing for the moment
How many characters have you finished or what is your lust level? I think you need a certain amount of lust to get the impregnation scene.
Ar you playing version of 0.13, 0.13.1 or 0.13.2? Cause in 0.13 the option 'keep going' and 'cum deep' was available but the pictures that show the impregnation were bugged.

Thanks, downloaded the new version from Siren's domain and it fixed it. Was a bit confused by the name of the patreon file at first.
