But whatever happened to the pregnancy plans? There are CG's in the game that shows it happened but nothing comes of it in the story..?

Go back to the recreation camp and kill all of the zombies. When you do a shiny spot will show up next to the tv. When you interact with it you will get a video game console. Interacting with the console in your bedroom will take you to the gallery.

That is the last major quest. There are some scenes that are not related to quests but assuming you got them all then you are done.

Hm? What are you talking about? I Played it on hardcore and I wasn't really struggling with it. Sure, the RNG of the items kind of fucked me up a bit but there's a plentiful of resources to go around. The Zombies..... might be a tad bit faster but a shot from the gun is enough for them. Creating ammo is no issue too since with the "Tutor", she occasionally give you scrap metal when scavenging with her.

There should have been a some sort of button we can push after we've done absolutely everything so we can see some epilogue or ending. There's no point in being able to keep playing after you've done everything. For a conclusion, how about all the girls pregnant?

It will has some story from ZR1 in ZR2.

Last touched the game in the beta 0.16 update, slowly playing through the update from original Alpha. Really glad to see this game finished through cuz I definitely wanted to replay this game in its entirety once it was finished, always a Siren fan and I'm loving to finalized character art I'm seeing :3. Loved this game from the very beginning and I can't wait to play through the ZR2 betas which I see are out LOL.
btw, would anyone happen to know if this final version has a gallery room of some kind?

You need to find some game console, which I think is in the north building of the camp Zomi area (please correct if I'm wrong), and you will be able to visit a gallery area in front of your bedroom TV. For me the bust room is really buggy though, images constantly fail to load.
