Game is in not a functional state. I can't even follow the tutorial or get pass day 1. It takes me out. By the time the game has enough momentum it will be taken down. And by then? Redoing all renders?

Makes no sense.

A really good if not the BEST AVN I've ever played in my life period
PROS
1. good animation, fluid and truly enjoyable
2. Story goes very well for you who like the best outcome for an ending, a good pace for 1-2 hours playtime a day, or in one sitting
3. The humor, the reference by good it's feels likes I'm being stabbed multiple times by it *iykyk
4. The characters, even if not voiced feels alive with their own quirkiness not just there to be blankly stared at you
5. The writing is easy to understand even for non first English

CONS:
1. You'll feels weird the first time you play if you used to play AVN with Blender 3D renders, it feels like playing a Japanese game but its not
2. A quite noticable awkward movement in animation especially in early storyline, but it just happened 1 or 2 times

I love daddy/daughter incest, so i want so much to like this game... but it's SO boring!
Too much (and cringe) text and a plot that pretends to be slow burn, but it's only excuse to nothing happens for a long time.
I'm not masoquist enought to finish this game, but i'm pretty sure the sex is would be endgame.
I don't know why a lot o devs do this. If you don't actually have a story to tell, don't pretend, you aren't fooling anyone.

That said: the daughter model is perfect. She is beautiful. But that's all lol

Shame, I wanted to really like this game, but boy, does it ever make it difficult to do so.
As others have pointed out, the renders of the characters are fine, but the backgrounds wanna make you gouge your eyes out. Definitely falling into the placeholders category and I wouldn't be surprised, if some of those images were taken directly from the store page where these scenes are being sold. However that wouldn't so bad if there was something else to distract me. Which brings me to another painful subject, the story.
At the time of writing v0.5, the story is straight forward and is more to the boring side, where you are once again, just an average boring Joe with an attraction to being yelled on by their boss. And while I do appreciate the variety of talking approaches, it quickly dies when the game starts telling you what to do and basically punishes you for what you came here for. You know, the A part in AVN... Wanna seduce them all? Tough luck, you'll either end up fired or dead. Either way game over.
Overall I'm very disappointed, but I do hope the story and game overall will improve with time, but I won't hold my breath. Anyway, good luck dev.

This game is my favorite dungeon manager on this site so far, there is a decent amount of depth to the game overall. Lots of items, variety to the characters and now there's traits and generation based on that. It only lost a point because the game style makes pausing only through cheats, but that's a personal hang-up. Well done dev!

The cutscenes are too long, you cant skip the dialogue for some reason, your save gets deleted when quitting in a certain minigame and the last minigame doesn't even work because you can't pick the dice after a random amount of rounds.

Holy CRAP does difficulty spike in this game! Maybe Im going too fast or something but some enemies feel like damage sponges and some bosses require perfect parries to beat. Still, you can lower the difficulty, or just get good.


Combat: Very clean, very fun, lots of flashy anime combos with decent battlefuck scenarios. Wish the enemy grabs would be a bit more difficult or varied but its really just rng what happens. Virgin run is possible~! (just dont go into the slums at night)
Combat is very fast paced, not turn based, combos and satisfying counters. There are guns too... they sure are in the game and do gun things.

Story: Its there. Its cool. lots of text if you care to read or you can skip it entirely and get a very well made summary of the events that occurred. The most perfect way to have story in the game. Zero complaints here.

Sex stuff: Its just varying pictures with slight alterations, but they are spaced pretty well as to not get stale if you are playing the game as a game instead of a scene collector.

All in all this game is very fun, and satisfying with the H content. Is it the "Night of Revenge" of top downs? Close, but not quite. Would have benefit from some grapple changes and voices in lewd scenes.

Any complaint I have about combat is likely solved by farming, lowering difficulty, or getting accustomed to the counter. I have not farmed too much, usually one-and-done'ing each level, but it hasn't really dampened my experience.

Overall, Highly recommend. Use a controller.

Also the character portrait looks wierd, its like they forgot to give her hips.

I really enjoyed the story as it is so far! You fall in love with some of the characters so easily (from the readers perspective) and absolutely hate other because of their bitchiness. You were right about that "dangerously cute Tsundere". It's clear this is a story of love and passion and the writer is a great storyteller. Some of the facial expressions may not convey correctly how the girls feel all the time exactly but that doesn't really matter to me as the emotion is brought out in the reading and I can imagine it just fine. I really hope this story goes on for a long time and expands into creating a huge family with all the girls (making lots of babies with all of them...that are in the harem at least). The art is good but that's all there is to the game. The story is dumb and boring. The big dick young guy who lucks into being the heir of a very big estate trope has been done to death. The mc is a genius prodigy who entered MIT at 16 years old but somehow is still the dumbest character on screen unless there's other guys around. The mc has the presence and charisma of a wet napkin on a dinner table and somehow still all the women throw themselves at him. The guy has no complexity or depth. The female characters are somehow similar. You could replace every female character except Nicole and Lisa with blow up sex dolls and the game would practically remain the same. Their only purpose seems to ensure that the game actually qualifies for the harem tag. All the women basically look the same too, with their hair and complexion being the only significant difference. All in all, the game's a good fap but extremely dumb and boring.

I reached the end of the current version without any of the "unavoidable" content -besides humiliation, if you consider some people making fun of your character as such-. There were no sex scenes, at least based on the choices that I took.

The game is a school loop with a days countdown until the dance (which isn't included in the game yet). You get to pick between two or three different activities during each time segment, and sometimes these will lead to different choices (some of them repeat multiple times).

I assume different scenarios will play depending on your choices, but right now they only seem to increase your stats.

There is no art besides some static pixel character sprites. That's ok - the game is easy on the eyes, and the writing is decent and plentiful without feeling like textwalls.

I only encountered bugs in one page, and they weren't game-breaking; just issues with broken tags.

Not a lot to see right now - maybe some 15 minutes to reach the end of the content on the default difficulty, but I'll be checking it again once it gets a few updates.

It's the typical Ren'Py VN with multiple choices and routes. The writing is great.

I see a lot of potential in this game. and the developer is involved and has followed the wishes of the followers.

I really like the Corruption tags, and this is one of the best games in this genre.

Overall, it's okay. The art's a nice change from the super-samey 3dcg or anime-style art that makes up most VNs.

The major issues I have are that 1) although there are several endings, they're all basically the same--it's always the same dude and 2) it's hella short.

I would have liked to see more options, like a gangbang, lesbian, public use, etc. and let the story play out over more nights (not counting the bonus scene).

Ok i have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by Shards of her.

Plays in the future with elements of Cybernetic enhancement. And Creature as old as time or even before the beginning of time.

Gameplay is okay. You can have upgrades and stuff. NTR is unavoidable but who plays for that at all. This is the best NTR game. The woman is also the best. I like em big. Sometimes finding her is a little difficult but not too much trouble overall.

It might not be GOTY, but this deserves credit for creativity alone. Bravo! Childhood warnings passed down from scared parents of being snatched off the street by a van will forever be rebranded Tentacle Van in my memories.

WHAT THE FUCK MAN it's so fucking sweet like holy shit, I know that I was malding in the thread replies because I thought they changed the artist. Turns out it was not the case. The standing picture made me think that they did (and in my defense, it is goddamn ugly), but after actually playing the game, the vibe is similar to their previous game. A fucking MASTERPIECE. Classic LPULY. The slow burn. The slow fucking burn is so working on me it started doing some overtime. Chigusa slowly building a loving, caring, and MASSIVE reverse harem while being an absolute dumfuck is sooo self-insert-able ...wholesome. Yeah, good for her I'd say, haha... god i wish that were me The story in itself is uninspired to say the least. Like, the big stereotypical magical girl. Shit is just kinda overused, but for a hentai game? It's good enough. It's MTL, but basic japanese skill, blah blah, you get the idea. Some mistranslation does made me giggle though. Ahn - Bean paste, I've done it - I goofed, pronoun mixing, and "spreading my dick".

Gameplay 5/5
Massive W. Really fun and unique. I tried playing on hard the first time and I'm raking my brain out to try to unstuck myself. Unfortunately, the miss RNG is pissing me off so I switched to "slug". That and I'm a scrub at strategy games. Yes, I am a dumbass, yet I still enjoy playing and strategizing the attack, positioning, and skill building part. Definitely worth playing. More so if you like those type of games.

Where's the game? There's a scene where you can only touch the transparency of the clothes and there isn't even a penetration scene... do you want a story? There isn't either... So what's in this game? I personally don't know... there are transparent clothes and hands touching the girl and that's it.

Overall: 2/5 - It seems like the developer started out with an idea and just rushed it out the door. The only thing that's really good about this game is the fancy user interface. The UI is really well done, but it's almost completely wasted since there are hardly any gaming elements.

Story: 2/5 - Your father is missing and you're trying to find him. The premise is not original, but it's fine for a porn game. Unfortunately, the execution of the story is terrible.

Writing: 1/5 - It's terrible. It feels like it was written by a pre-teen girl. There are lots of spelling and grammar errors in the translation, too. It's painful to read.

Renders: 3/5 - The models are average. Most characters shown are sprites over sterile backgrounds. Lighting and reflections are poor.

Animations: 4/5 - The animations during sex scenes are just average. The idle animations are a nice touch, though. Things like characters breathing, the plants swaying with the wind, the fan turning, etc.

Content: 2/5 - You can play through the entire game in about 30 minutes if you actually read everything. There's really not much content. You only get about 6 sex scenes in a playthrough. The quality of the sex scenes is poor, too. It's just kind of random sex and not erotic at all.

Gameplay: 1/5 - It seems like it was designed to be a game, but the actual gaming elements were never implemented, except for a few choices, and the pointless clicking during the sex scenes. The sandbox is 100% linear. There's a notebook where you conduct your "investigation." Players are never given any instructions on how to use the notebook, but it doesn't seem to have any impact, anyway. The choices impact what scenes you get, but you have to guess at what impact they actually will have. The game is designed to be played multiple times to get different scenes and endings, but I doubt most players will bother.

Bugs: 5/5 - I didn't encounter any bugs, which is impressive given how much is going on in the user interface.

The game is a middling MUGEN beat up game. There is about 3 animations that work when it comes to getting grappled. The download size is reasonable for the amount of content you get, and that is not saying as much. My review has as much content as this game has. I suggest skipping this one for now.

So I can't rate the full version but my rating is for this demo.

The animation and looks to the original SoR is top notch.

I'd five star is as it looks and seems like it is a 5 star project. However like I said this rating is for this demo. The demo does not tell you you can't progress in anything. The arcade the enemy never takes damage so that stage is all you get. So no point in other modes. The inability to face the direction of your choosing is damn infuriating! I take a star off for that alone. It makes sense in a 2d battle versus game. However if facing MORE then one enemy..... I really should not need to explain why it would be annoying AF to not turn to face the 5+ enemies behind you..... :/
