So just to confirm, the dev has moved on from this project because it is complete..- would it be right to presume that the episodes are to remain separate then? He/she/They have no plans to push a conjoined complete game version?

My guess is, the Dev intends to return at a later stage to add additional content. The main part of the game is complete, but perhaps it's not the final version?I know of games where Devs have returned well over a year later, to polish up their games and add new content. So maybe InsanErotica is planning to return and add some content at the end, which will act as a bridge to his planned semi-continuation of this game, 'Clean Slate' ?

Overview:
Do you believe in time travel? If you don't, let me tell you my story. Well, I was 18 years old and I was in my last year in high school. The special thing about me was that I could travel... 30 seconds into the future. I didn't know why. It just started to happen when I masturbated the very first time. It is not abandoned, it is finished for now. It has several ends. There will be a continuation after the developer finishes his current game "My Summer".

No, ep. 4 does not include the former chapters. You can/have to download the other 3 for the full game, but each part is playable without the others. At the beginning of each chapter there are some questions to answer about what you did in earlier parts. You will not get some specific endings of earlier chapters, for those you must play the fitting part, but you can play each chapter all by itself.
