We’re thrilled to announce that our upcoming game Unscripted will be participating at Steam Next Fest!
From Feb 6 to Feb 13, you’ll be able to play a free demo of the first 20 minutes of the game and meet some of the love interests and main cast.
With Unscripted, our goal is to create a truly groundbreaking romantic visual novel that lets you navigate relationships and friendships in their most raw and authentic form.
In order to give you more insights into the making of Unscripted, we’ll also be releasing a series of Dev Diaries starting on Sunday, Feb 5, featuring interviews of me (Undergrad Steve/Lennart), our art director and our lead writer.

Better renders than College Kings but storywise I sleep. Also Unity for what reason? Ren'py is the best engine for VNs hands down.

another fine game, ruined by unity - you know, the engine that makes the fan on your laptop sound like a jet on takeoff, even if it shows you a textfile.
seriously, why do people code games like this on Unity and not on Renpy? Unity is practically just there to burn fossile fuels, without the comfort of a Renpy Game.

Blatantly lying right from the very introductory segment is poorest writing there is,
showing a clear disconnect between writer and artist. Where is that game manager at?
wHERE BE THE HIPSTERS AT? Everyone in the shot above is classic going out swag:
evening dress the lady, thug bar tender showing his guns like a goon he is,
that guy pretty much scares everyone else away, all but the gangster type tuxedo guy
at the end of the baR hiding behind two wine bottles, alone.
Anyone young or enjoying life should STAY THE FUKK AWAY FROM THIS MURDER MISTERY!

it's my impression or the cool games this year are still weak but it doesn't launch much that has a female protagonist, it launches more the male protagonist because this site was more for men and not for LGBT because I liked this site when it had more female protagonists, and I know there are cool games with male protagonists but I prefer female protagonists

HAS PROTAGONISTS STANDING AT THE BAR AS THE MOST CIVILISED THING TO DO
GOING ABOUT MEETING NEW PEOPLE, LITERALLY THE COOLEST SHOTS ARE AT THE BAR.
MC cannot be a writer with any idea of serious drama or suspense if HE HAS NO IDEA LITERALLY
EVERYONE IN tV AND CINEMA IS SITTING THE PROTAGONIST AT THE BAR.

I really hate when devs shove that line in their self-fluffing promos. The arrogance and hubris of it just inclines me to auto-ignore. Tell me what the game is about, if I want self-aggrandizement, I'll look up any given speech by Trump.

Here comes the hero to rescue the damsel in distress ourcast and forgotten at the bar.
Usual VN tropes are checked like do and don”ts boxes one by one:
1-toxic deprecating asshole friends, check.
2-self serving asshole female shitting on MC, check.
3-self absorbed obnoxius fella talking down on you, check.
4-everyone whaling on MC for being basically one insecure incel
who could never land anyone on a sunny day even with multiple people around,
vying for attention, check.
5-Literally everyon sends MC off into the wild,
like dexter sent his robots on the street to get run over by a truck, check.
6-MC is the most ackward insecure newborn in a bar that was supposed to be frequented by
him and his friends for a long time already, drinking something he would never usually drink,
making a mockery of himself to illicit laughs and sympathy in a girl, check.
Anyone care to take a guess what else is here?

This looks wonderful, we can tell it is a dark scene but using mild to hot tones we can discern perfectly who and what is going on, even the fingers are perfectly visible.
MC is missing the point here: being with these same friends who make sure
he never gets any hail mary or action of any kind is part of the problem.
