To be honest here you're just here now, can you just give up on the output of this game, other games that have finish this one never going to be done. You been here since last year still trying to talk to people here saying this game is still coming.

I remember a tweet by DividebyZero (the guy who did those animations) saying that he contacted Eromancer before doing them. So I don't think he extracted the models himself.
But maybe he did, I don't know the details of their arrangement.

One doesn't exclude the other. I speak from experience - I was extracting stuff (sprites) from a certain indie game for shit'n'giggles and quickly realized that I could use it for some fan art...but I knew how touchy the owners of the game were about their work so I reached out to them first, getting their blessing before any further efforts (as there's nothing worse than creator attacking you for being a dedicated fan).
Anyyyyway...it is not hard to extract this crap. The real work begins after that. And if you are not experienced in SFM, blender or other, you will basically feel like it's your first day in college (for me, it was a completely alien set of skills to what I used to do as a hobby or professionally). Again, not as difficult as some people make it, but it requires some dedication and hard ass.

Yes, some people have been here for a long time, because Eromancer's MO has been the same for 10 years. Some of us still remember MatM.
And no, you're not the only one different. Other White Knights were here before you (every thread on f95 has a few of them). But they all got tired and left, because Pure Onyx has been "in progress" for 5+ years.
And you will eventually give up and leave too, the time will come when you can no longer defend how a team of 13+ people making $20K+/month can produce such minimal output.
The power of denial is great, but not infinite.
