Look at me, monkeying around in RPGM files instead of being a real adult.

Building on the LowAPMCombatMod, here's a community balance mod :PogChamp:

Hi,

I was wondering, does anyone know if this game have any minimum system requirements or settings that can improve performance ?

I played it on my potato pc and it was lagging a lot, also after about 30 mins it overheated and shut down. Other rpg/mv games of similar style work fine.
That must be one potato PC, a really old one. Checking thermal paste would be a safe point to start. If it's dried up, replace it with a new spread of thermal paste.

Yeah, this year marks its 10th year of service while also having a busted graphics card so been using the built in intel one.

I'm honestly scared to touch it, if it ends up not starting at all I'm doomed.

Got any way to transfer your important stuff elsewhere in case you're doomed?

Is it me or after the update the combat became more Turn base? usually when if you waited the enemy would take an action? Glitched? or Fixed?
They changed the combat from real-time to semi-real-time, it's an intended change introduced in v1.0.2.
You can read up more about the changes on the

You really have to open it to keep it maintained... Dust and old thermal paste causing overheating is more likely to damage the pc than opening it up as long as you are careful

Thanks for the tips, for the dust part I do open it and dust it off every few months. Mb I meant opening as it taking off the parts is what I'm scared to do.

Tho yeah I'll try that thermal paste thing a bit later, gotta double check that everything is backed up first.

make sure you have alcohol or other cleaning agent, completely wipe out old paste before adding new one, and dont add too much (if they go to the socket you are fucked), and at least dust cleaning should be low risk, with a vacuum cleaner you can remove most dust without removing any parts
only chrome tab can overheat your CPU is worrying (unless those tabs are HD videos or games) you really need to consider getting a new PC even the cheapest one

Thanks for the guide, as for the chrome tab I had 2 streams open so it might have been eating more cpu.

Most modern thermal paste compounds are non conductive so other than making a mess it wont fry anything. But yes don't overdo it

P.S: Don't use a vacuum when working with PCs it can cause static and damage components.
