I just discovered that the images don't even need to be WebPs; PNGs work just as well. Literally all you have to do to the images and scripts is add "x-" to the fronts of their names before inserting them into the APK. After making that little discovery, it was practically child's play for me to add the new content to the old APK. I've made an updated Android build based on my assumptions, though I'm not certain I'm right. So I'm going to test the new Android build in Bluestacks, the emulator I use to play Android games on my PC. And if I'm right, and it works, I'll upload the new APK and post a link to it here. Here's hoping.
EDIT: The old APK installs just fine on Bluestacks, but my new one does not. I'll have to figure out why before I can make a release.

Alright, so it's a little more complicated than I thought, but hopefully not too much. Apparently, I need to decompile the APK, add the modified files in, rebuild it, and resign it. And there are tools out there that can supposedly do all that fairly easily. I'll post the links to those resources below. I won't try it right now, but once I have the time and the inclination to do so, I'll run the original APK through that process and see if I can make a functional Android build of the update.

I just uploaded the 490 MB APK file directly to MediaFire, and it should be good to go as long as your device can download it from there:

I couldn't find any mod called "Real Game" in the links you provided. Also, I don't think I'd be comfortable with modding or porting a game which is currently only officially available for pay. Teen Titans Multiverse v0.5 was released for free, and after v0.6 was taken down, it was only available though a free download link on this thread, so I didn't see any harm in modding or porting it. But as far as I know, the only way to port or mod a game for Android is to release a full version of the game, and I don't want to get in trouble or hurt anyone's business by doing that with a game you can still buy.

No, I understand that you can technically download the game from there without paying for it, but as far as I know, Mity didn't put that up there himself, someone else unofficially leaked it there against his wishes. Which would mean I'd have to illegally redistribute the game, which Mity currently expects people to pay for, in order to release a modded Android port of it, which I'm not willing to do.
