For enabling rollback I always search for roll in both script.rpy and options.rpy as DEV have used one or the other and in some cases they do it in both of them so you have to alter it on both of them. Once you make the change if you are in game you may have to close the game and fire it back up for the changes to take affect or try hitting shift + R to force the game to do a reload. For me I use enable dev mode renpy which has unren built into it. Some DEV's do the rollback limit and set it to 0 and for that you just change the 0 to 100000 or soething.

Basically last time I've played this game it was still in chapter 11. So now that I've downloaded chapter 15, basically I have no idea how to transfer my save data from previous file to new one. Just combining them together either gives me an error or opens up, but ends after chapter 11.

Honestly. Chapter 15 hasn't been terrible for grammar and spelling fixes.
I'm a little unclear about his use of commas everywhere. But since I failed my own English exams four times, I'm going to assume he's right and I'm wrong.
One thing I can say for sure is that my patch won't be today.
It's close, and I can't see any reason yet why it won't be tomorrow. But definitely not today.
