Before switching to dx14 i was using dx13 which i updated from dx12 older version. Now game lags hard on my scenes which used to be ok. Also VNGE clipmaker animations studder a lot... I regret switching to dx14 and can't find the reason of the performance issue.

Sometimes using fresh install might solve the issue.
Or maybe you might want to check what plugin that make your scene lag with FPS display. Remember to enable the monitoring plugins.
Or see the console what's happening in your scene.
how do you put the optional studio modpack to the game? which file to put it, cuz when you update with kk manager it will auto update or add the mods to the game.

Pls note the Optional Sideloader Modpack Studio is ONLY for StudioNEO and NOT for the game.
If you really want this it is best to download the 190GB via torrent, file from here
You must be registered to see the links
The .7z file you extract directly into your game mods.
Then you should have a "Sideloader Modpack - Studio" folder beneath your other Sideloader Modpack - xxx folders.

Myself had never troubles with my (always clean new) installs since I found this game at version R4, alsways running perfect out of the box.
You confirmed the correct game location, so I don´t know what do do more.

), extracting into a game folder like D:\HS2-R14, start InitSetting.exe, choose your resolution, activate only GraphicsMode, and start the game.Eventually may help the first start if you don´t use fullscreen.
If first test is running well you can transfer your personal stuff (UserData, MyMods) from your old game (copy/paste).
Tra start again - if troubles, there is an issue with your old files.
It works! But for the time being, I'll have to play this game Windowed. The only downside is that the add-on [sena_sailor_soilder_set] is not included in this repack and I can't find it anywhere. And I was using that to make Sailor Moon characters.

And also I just extract it to the mods folder right? Cuz I already got a folder name sideloader modpack or should I put the files to the sideloader modpack?

Maybe your character already had big nipples to begin with? Like I said it happened mostly to mid-small size nipples (since I like character with that nipple size), probably there's a maximum stimulating size for nipple and it won't go bigger beyond that?Ok - added (edited my first reply) a screenshot of breast action, but still don´t see the noticable effect of your screenshots.
Maybe the action related deforming of the breast area is simulating a "nipple arousing", which is absolutely natural.
But didn´t know the game is able to do this
It seems like the game is trying to launch graphics mod and dhh simultaneously. Try launching initSetting.exe in your game folder and uncheck graphics mod or dhh.

If you run Update in KK-Manager or InitSetting (same function) the Sideloader is checking ALL your mods from him.
After searching you get a window that shows you what is to be updated, also from Modpack Studio.
You have to select/deselect what you want to update.
In the lower half you can see in detail which mods are updated or even deleted (red marked, invalid version).
The Updater is placing/replacing/overwriting all mods by itself, you don´t need anything to extract or save.

Did you accidentially activate both DHH and GraphicsMode?
This doesn´t work, you can only select one.
Also Better AntiAliasing is used no more (lower quality comparing to DHH or Graphics).

This is without Optional Sideloader Modpack Studio (ONLY for StudioNEO!) - alone 190GB to download (compressed).
But with Bleeding Edge (Experimental Mode) you don´t need so far (this is a WIP area for newest mods, not improved to work properly) - saves 44GB.
Also my MyMods folder (location for self downloaded mods outside of Sideloader) is 33,5GB.
So we have 210-44-33,5 ~ 133GB, if you´re modest with the "normal" BetterRepack.
But now you have to calculate all cards and coordinates (clothings) you download by yourself - my UserData is 31,8GB with about 500 character cards (that isn´t as much as it looks like).
So you will last for a while, if you keep restrained with downloading extra stuff.
