Good question!
I spent some time today merging the latest master branch of the vanilla DoL repo into the DoL Firemod-release master branch but that somehow removed the changes necessary to display the new X-rays. Didn't want to put more time into that so I gave up on that for now.

If anyone knows what is necessary to update Firemod to the lastest DoL, I'd be very interested.

EDIT:

Tried again, this time i just started mod_installer/install-mods.sh and selected Vanilla-latest as mod. This produces five .twee.rej files which can be used to edit the corresponding .twee files by hand I guess.

The mod is already updated to the latest version of the game. the release branch was held back as the changes were not yet compatible with DoLMods.

With latest version of the game, do you mean 4.3.3? If yes, where can we get this version of the mod? I really feel stupid now as all I can find on this page, Gitgud or Discord is the mod for 4.2.7.

Great mod! I downloaded it from the front page, enabled only the graphical enhancements people said would work, but well... Not sure if this has to do with the game getting a new version, but I can't quite get the X-rays to work, most of them look like this:

Never mind, Apparently I was mixing up versions. 427 is the latest available at this time.

pardon, im very new to this. how exactly is this fixed? i'm recieving something similar

mine is displaying the error:
0.4.2.7 Error :): Start): <<gameStartOnly>>: cannot execute widget: 0.4.2.7 Error :): Start): <<run>>: bad evaluation: require is not defined

It will updated when its ready. I normally wait a bit until the hotfixes stop

I will add an warning system later. You are suppose to execute nw.exe, do NOT use the .html on your browser, it won't work.

Dolmods and downloading it, I tried both.
Rushed to a scene with Robin quickly to grab you the save in a convenient spot, one is before the scene, one is during.

This was pretty helpful, now got a version with working x-rays, and can load old savegames.
However when I start a new game and activate "BEEESSS Community Sprite Compilation", I get an error "Save data is too big for current history depth setting. It's value was auto-adjusted to 0"

Still trying to find out why that happens.

Okay, I THINK I have it working all now for 4.3.3.
Here are the instructions for Windows:

  1. Install:
    You must be registered to see the links
  2. Replace build\windows\www\Degrees of Lewdity.html with the HTML file attached to this post (unzip it).
  3. Download
    You must be registered to see the links
    and unzip it somewhere
  4. Copy the folder named img from Degrees of Lewdity 4.3.3 into your Firemod build\windows\www folder, replacing all files already present
  5. Rename build\windows\www\mods\Grey mod for v0.4.2.4\img\misc\night.png to sky_night.png
  6. Run build\windows\nw.exe

Please tell me if you find any errors while playing.
