There is NO MTL, that was ONLY in the first release, this is the Steam release version with a proper translation.
There isnt even MTL on the languages description, I wonder ... why people complain about machine translation when they are apparently illiterate anyway? And I am sorry but if you cannot even bother looking at the game description and go about "oh its MTL" its kinda annoying expecially when the timestamps on the posts make it obvious MTL was before the Steam release.

Sorry, I went full horny™ when I saw it was by Maron Maron, I just skimmed through the first page and put out my response.
Well I did notice problems with text formatting as it goes at some points just on the left side (could be me but likely needs to be patched) but thats it, I also kinda recommend getting the full save since its 17 endings and that can be annoying so you can see all the endings, best one is 17 since its wholesome and Abe approved.
You can download the old version and use the full save to see the missing scene, not that you're missing much.

I think they forgot to double-check about those 3, and I guess these are the correct one (CMIIW).
Ending 1: Finish day 20 with Ayame's ledness at 26, intimacy at 101 or above,
and her having 10 points or above in each of the three training.
Ending 2: Finish day 20 with Ayame's ledness at 26, intimacy at 100 or below,
and her having 10 points or above in each of the three training.
Ending 3: Finish day 20 with Ayame’s lewdness at 26, her intimacy at 6 or below, and her having 10 points or above in each of the three training.
