Those are small things that give some insight on how the Mc feels abt himself and if the player is in accordance/likes how the mc's now. At least that's how I view thing when I play a choice based games and Ig that yeah some games lack in this area.

No, the game is actually good with excellent renderings and plot, but for me personally it’s hard to play in the first person of the victim. i don't get the game. in the beginning you supposedly get a choice to stay with dick or become full on female. but shortly after the protag goes to a doc and gets a female pill without the players choice. makes no sense

Just ran through the whole game if you get out of the house after the events with the bartender you realize its just gone no pill no nothing its not even a choice :D
